Our collections are produced in limited batches to ensure exceptional exclusivity and craftsmanship.

• Ready-to-Ship: If your chosen size is currently in stock, it will be dispatched according to our standard delivery
  timelines.
• Made-to-Order / Restock: If an item or size is temporarily sold out, you can still order it. In this case, our team will meticulously craft the piece for you specially. Preparation and new item production take 5 business days before
  dispatch.
• If a specific fabric for a sold-out design is no longer available, our team will contact you immediately via WhatsApp
  to discuss alternatives or process a full refund.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

• Dubai:
  • Ready items: Next-day delivery available (for orders placed before 8:00 PM GST).
  • Made-to-order items: 5 days production + next-day delivery.
• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah, Al Ain):
  • Ready items: 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: 5 days production + 2–3 business days delivery.

Daily Cut-Off Times (Dubai & Local Orders)

• Orders placed before 8:00 PM GST: Processing begins the same day.
• Orders placed after 8:00 PM GST: Processing will start the following business day.

Example for a ready item: Order placed Monday at 7:30 PM in Dubai → delivered Tuesday. Order placed Monday at 9:15 PM → processed Tuesday → delivered Wednesday.

Delivery Charges

• Dubai: Free next-day delivery for eligible ready-to-ship orders placed before 8:00 PM GST.
• Other Emirates: Standard courier delivery fees apply according to the destination zone.
  

International Delivery

Be a Masterpiece ships worldwide.

• Estimated Timeline: 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
• Important Notes:
  • Timelines may vary during holidays, peak periods, or customs clearance.
  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your local government regulations.

General Delivery Notes

• Delivery Days: Calculated based on working and courier operating days. Delays may occur during weekends, public holidays, major sales, or severe weather.
• Accuracy of Details: Please ensure your mobile number, full address, and location details are correct. Failed or
  delayed deliveries due to incorrect information are the customer's responsibility.

At Be a Masterpiece, we want you to love your pieces. If you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you
under the following conditions:

• Exchange-Only / No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible returns can be exchanged for andifferent size/item or converted into a Store Credit / Voucher equal to the value of the purchased item, valid for your next purchase.
• Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Item Condition & Inspection: All returned items are subject to strict quality inspection. Be a Masterpiece reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, has perfume or makeup marks, is damaged, is not in its original condition, or is missing tags.
• Unapproved Returns: Unapproved packages sent to us without contacting our team first via WhatsApp will be rejected.
• Exchange Delivery Fees: If your delivery is linked to an exchange, the applicable courier collection and processing
  fee (20 AED for Dubai / 30 AED for other Emirates) will apply.

Be a Masterpiece is open to wholesale collaborations and business-to-business (B2B) partnerships. We offer two main avenues for wholesale cooperation:

• Existing Collections: You can select items from our current brand catalog. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale is 10 pieces per order.
• Custom Product Development (A to Z): Work directly with our designer to develop and produce your own exclusive line or custom product from scratch.
  • We create a physical sample for your evaluation provided with a special partner discount.
  • Full production and bulk manufacturing begin immediately after sample confirmation.
  • Production timelines for wholesale and custom developments vary depending on the complexity of the design.

This policy applies to standard abayas and dresses purchased directly from Be a Masterpiece through our website, as
well as official wholesale and partnership agreements.
